Step 1: Grab a Plastic Bottle

The plastic bottle is playing the leading role here. All you need is a plastic bottle to make the plunger. 

Preferably a 1 or 2 liters bottle is efficient to perform the task. Moreover, you can pick a different size that goes with your toilet drain. 

Step 2: Cut the Bottom Part

Now get a knife or scissors. Cut the bottom part of the bottle with scissors or a knife. 

Step 3: Seal off the Narrow Part
